Shipping Policy

We know you're eager to get your order, so we do our best to ship as quickly as possible!

Orders ship out within 1 - 2 business days from the U.S. warehouse in Florida (business days are Monday through Friday and don't include holidays). Saturday and Sunday aren't included in that calculation. For example, if you order on a Saturday, day 1 of processing will begin on the Monday.

We ship to the United States and Canada.

United States: Orders typically ship via USPS but at times another trusted carrier may be used. Shipping is free! You'll receive tracking via email once your order has shipped.

Canada: Orders typically ship via UPS, but at times other trusted carriers may be used. Once a Canadian order arrives in Canada, a Canadian carrier such as Canada Post may take over the delivery of the item. Any duties, taxes or other custom fees are not the responsibility of Note It Gifts—they are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping is free!

Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier. Most packages arrive smoothly without issues. However, if your order has been shipped, and tracking has not been updated 30 days from the ship date, please reach out to us for support.
